Duties
- Accurately input and update data into our database.
- Perform data collection from multiple sources, verifying accuracy before entry
- Use computer skills to manage office documentation, including filing, scanning, and organizing digital records
- Maintain organized files and records through systematic filing and retrieval processes
- Answer call and assist tenants with issues/payments.
- Assist our Property Manager Team.
Qualifications
- Proven clerical experience with strong office skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Word.
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for data verification and order entry processes
- Prior office experience involving filing, data collection, or administrative support is preferred
