DINO Community Living is looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team!

We are a small, person-centered provider located in Sinking Spring, PA, supporting a young adult with autism in his own home and throughout the community.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Behavioral Technician, you will become an important member of a close-knit team dedicated to promoting independence, developing life skills, encouraging meaningful connections, and supporting an active, fulfilling lifestyle.

Our services are highly individualized, with a focus on providing meaningful experiences both at home and in the community.

What Does the Position Involve?

Our team provides hands-on support with daily routines, personal care, skill development, communication, and individualized behavioral support strategies.

A typical day may include participating in community outings, visiting local attractions, attending recreational activities, supporting daily living skills and other home activities, and creating opportunities for meaningful engagement.

We're looking for individuals who enjoy staying active, working collaboratively, and making a positive impact.

Current Scheduling Opportunities

We are especially seeking applicants with weekend and overnight availability!

• Weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday availability is a current priority.
• Overnight shifts: Opportunities for individuals interested in overnight hours.
• Weekday PRN shifts: Additional opportunities may be available during the week based on staffing needs and individual availability.

A minimum commitment of one shift every other week is required, with opportunities to pick up additional hours as available.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or positive behavioral support strategies
• Experience in school, clinical, residential, or community-based settings
• A bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, human services, or a related field

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavioral Technicians, Community Integration Specialists, Habilitation Aides, and other human services professionals are encouraged to apply!

While previous experience is preferred, we welcome motivated applicants who demonstrate compassion, reliability, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in supporting others.
