- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Assist customers with selecting the appropriate car wash package.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Promote and sell memberships to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
