Join the Opening Team at Our Family-Owned Neighborhood Tavern!
We're looking for passionate, hospitality-driven individuals to join the opening team of our family-owned neighborhood tavern. Whether you're an experienced bartender, server, host, food runner, or front-of-house manager, we'd love to meet people who are excited to help create a welcoming place our community can call home. We are rapidly working to renovate and hoping to be open in Fall of 2026!

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest experiences.
- Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude from arrival to departure.
- Work collaboratively with all front-of-house and kitchen team members to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining room, bar, and service areas.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and management throughout each shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Support fellow team members by stepping in wherever needed to provide outstanding service.
- Represent our family-owned values by treating every guest and coworker with kindness, respect, and genuine hospitality.
