Role Description
The Consulting Dietitian will work with senior living communities to improve dining experiences and manage resident nutritional care. Daily tasks include providing nutritional counseling, conducting medical nutrition therapy, developing weight management plans, and ensuring compliance with dietary regulations. The Consulting Dietitian will collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality nutritional care and support to residents.
Qualifications
- Dietetics and Nutrition skills
- Experience in Nutritional Assessment for Long Term Care
- Knowledge of sanitation and CMS F Tag regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential
- Experience in senior living or healthcare settings is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field
