What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Data Entry Specialist position at Dingdoor?
About Dingdoor
Dingdoor is a growing company based in South Florida operating in the health insurance and home services industries. We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members to join our operations team as we scale.
About the Role
We're hiring a Bilingual Data Entry Specialist to help keep our internal systems accurate and up to date. You'll be reviewing, entering, and verifying data across our web-based platform — ensuring records are complete, consistent, and error-free before they move forward in our workflow.
This is an entry-level position with full training provided. No prior industry experience is needed — just strong attention to detail, comfort working on a computer, and fluency in both English and Spanish.
What You'll Do
- Review incoming records for accuracy and completeness — names, dates, addresses, phone numbers, document attachments
- Enter and update information in our internal web-based system
- Verify that all required fields and supporting documents are present before advancing records
- Flag and correct errors such as typos, missing information, or mismatched data
- Process and close out requests following established step-by-step procedures
- Manage a daily queue of items, prioritizing based on urgency and deadlines
- Communicate with team members in English and Spanish as needed
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required
- Strong attention to detail — you catch the small stuff others miss
- Comfortable working in a web browser and navigating between tabs, forms, and screens for extended periods
- Able to follow structured checklists and processes consistently
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage a queue of tasks
- Reliable and punctual — this is an on-site role and the team depends on steady daily output
- Basic computer skills (typing, using a mouse, working with forms and dropdowns)
Nice to Have
- Previous data entry, administrative, or office experience
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or other business software
- Fast and accurate typing
What We Offer
- Full training on all systems and workflows — no prior experience necessary
- A clear, structured daily routine with measurable goals
- A supportive, bilingual team environment in Miami
- Room to grow into more senior operations roles
- Competitive compensation
