What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner / Physician assistant Chinese speaking position at Ding medical?
We need bilingual both Chinese and English speaking Nurse practitioner.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine physical exams and comprehensive health assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and wellness plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Coordinate patient care with specialists as needed
- Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance
- Document encounters and manage care using our EMR system
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing
- Active NYS NP license and Board Certification in Adult or Family Practice
- DEA Certification
- Experience in internal or primary care preferred
- Language: Bilingual in Chinese
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Soft Skills: Leadership abilities, strong communication, team player, cultural competence
