Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate:

$15 - $25 - based on experience, shift and earning the attendance bonus

Essential Job Functions:

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for highly diversified duties including:

· Maintain production machines and facility equipment

· Provide repairs of equipment during production and maintain machine services

· Offer mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machinery

· Read and interpret equipment manuals and schematics

· Diagnose problems, replace and repair parts, and test and make any necessary adjustments to equipment when needed

· Perform regular preventative maintenance on machine, equipment and plant facilities

· Operate a variety of hand and power tool, electric meters and material handling equipment

· Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work environment

· Perform all other duties assigned or needed

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Previous experience in machinery or related fields

· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

· Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment

· Must be able to life/move objects that weigh up to 50lbs unassisted

· Reliable mode of transportation

· Adheres to all safety procedures and guidelines

This is a full-time position that alternates between 36-hour and 48-hour work weeks. 48-hour weeks will pay 8 hours of overtime. Overtime is also available upon request from the supervisor.
