Entry Level Position
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Prepare, review, and draft contacts and agreements, including service agreements, vendor agreements, and various standard business agreements, medical contracts.
Must Know Personal injury!
Ability to work independently and in team environments, to analyze complex issues and to obtain results to positively impact the client and community will also be considered.
Court appearances, Deposition, and litigation experience a plus, must have Civil Procedure experience.
MUST SUBMIT WRITING SAMPLE WITH RESUME
Education & Experience:
- FL Bar Admission
- 1 - 2 years of experience in FL civil practice
- Complete knowledge of FL motion practice
- Ability to manage and motivate staff and manage workloads and projects
- Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook and Excel
- Professional written and communication skills
- Strong word processing and proofreading skills
- Ability to work meticulously to ensure the quality of your product
- Must have excellent phone manner and written and oral communication skills
- Work well under pressure
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
