Candidates should have stamina and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This role is a great way to kickstart your career in the restaurant industry and gain working knowledge and experience needed for career growth. What You Will DoPrepare dining room for guests by setting tables and stocking all necessary supplies prior to the beginning of serviceMaintain table settings by removing finished courses in a timely manner; Bring all soiled dishware and utensils to the dishwasher promptlyMonitor tables and anticipate guests' needs by performing tasks such as refilling water glasses and replenishing utensilsClean and reset tables after guests leave; Wipe down tables and/or replace linens; Freshen centerpieces and/or condimentsKeep an organized, sanitary, and stocked bussing stationAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned by managementWhat You Need to Have1 year experience as Busser; fine dining and/or high-volume restaurant preferredKnowledge of all local health department requirements for safe food handling and sanitation standards; Non-expired Food Handlers Certification requiredAccuracy and speed in executing assigned tasksA passion for quality and respect for team members and guestsFlexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to move, bend, lift, carry, push, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance; Stand or Walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift; Complete tasks that require repetitive motionWhat We OfferBenefit Plan Options (Medical, Dental and Vision, 401K Match)Employee Incentive Program for ReferralsCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesCompetitive PayDineAmic Hospitality is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
