Job Summary:
NOVA-Dine is seeking a Senior IA Policy and Compliance Professional to lead cybersecurity policy enforcement and risk management for IT systems supporting the U.S. Army's LNEC in Clarksburg, WV. The role supports the Army Information Technology Portfolio (AITP) by ensuring full compliance with DoD cybersecurity regulations and maintaining security authorizations for classified and unclassified systems.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce RMF and STIG requirements across IT systems.
- Conduct system audits, vulnerability scans, and develop POA&Ms.
- Manage cybersecurity tools such as eMASS, ACAS, and AESS.
- Support ATO processes, documentation, and interface with ISSMs.
- Coordinate remediation efforts and provide technical guidance to system owners.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or IT-related field.
- 10–12 years of IA and cybersecurity experience in DoD environments.
- US Citizenship with an active Secret clearance required.
- Strong understanding of RMF, NIST SP 800-53, and IA tools.
- Certification(s) Required: CASP, CISSP, or equivalent.
