Dinasty Security Inc. is hiring a dependable Unarmed Security Guard for an overnight post in Long Beach. The Role at a Glance

What You'll Do
- Access Control: screen and register all incoming visitors
- Perform hourly patrols on foot or by golf cart (Detex checkpoints)
- Secure and guard the facility and all designated areas
- Remain alert and observe for any suspicious activity
- Report: create incident reports and notify management of any incidents
- Log trucks, trailers, containers, and temperatures in/out
- Check seal numbers on trucks, trailers, and containers
- Customer service: provide manners and respect at all times
- Communicate with the client regarding daily activity and serious incident logs
- Protect the property and provide safety to personnel and assets
What We're Looking For
- Valid California Guard Card (required)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Punctual, professional, presentable, and self-aware
- Able to stand for the entire shift and lift 1520 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and situational awareness
- Computer literate comfortable with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Prior training in CPR, tourniquet, pepper spray, or military/law enforcement highly desirable

- Black tactical boots or patrol shoes
