Dinamic AS Group is seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Las Vegas.

The Leadership Development Associate will work closely with team leaders and management, support day-to-day business operations, contribute to team performance, and gradually take on additional leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support managers and team leaders with daily operational activities.
• Participate in leadership development and professional training initiatives.
• Assist with coordinating team priorities, projects, and performance goals.
• Build strong professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and internal teams.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both individual and team settings.
• Help identify opportunities to improve workflow, productivity, and team performance.
• Participate in meetings, planning sessions, and business development activities.
• Support the onboarding and development of new team members when needed.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow projects through completion.
• Develop a strong understanding of company operations, leadership practices, and organizational goals.
