Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Intermediate Designer based in San Francisco, CA. The Intermediate Designer will collaborate closely with clients and the design team to conceptualize and execute residential interior design projects. Responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing presentations, selecting furniture and finishes, creating technical drawings, maintaining project timelines, and coordinating with vendors and artisans. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless execution of unique and sophisticated design projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in interior design software and tools, such as AutoCAD- with a heavy emphasis on construction CAD
- Strong design skills, including space planning, furniture selection, and elevations for millwork
- Experience in project management, sourcing, and coordinating with vendors and artisans
- Attention to detail and ability to create accurate RFQ's, WO and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a client-focused approach - we take great pride in our client services
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Familiarity with residential interior design and a passion for tried and true aesthetics
- Previous experience in high-end residential or boutique design studios is a must
