Responsibilities
This role is based at the Restaurant Support Center and operates in a hybrid office environment. Periodic travel to restaurant locations and manufacturing facilities is expected.

Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to forecast restaurant sales, labor, COGS, and controllable line items.
- Field Labor Strategy: Provide primary financial analysis and decision support for the company’s corporate restaurant portfolio; monitor & optimize unit economics and returns to ensure locations meet financial hurdles and profit expectations. Support labor scheduling, modeling, and planning - build tools and processes to help restaurants optimize labor scheduling.
- Expense Management: Partner with FP&A and Operations to manage Cost of Labor and other variable expenses through period close, quarterly forecasts, and the annual operating plan; prepare forecasts, variance analyses, and trend explanations for leadership review.
- Cost Optimization: Support margin improvement by identifying and quantifying annual savings opportunities with Food Innovation, Supply Chain, and Operations; perform cost and ROI analyses across labor, food, waste, yield, logistics, and manufacturing efficiency initiatives.
- Field Performance Enablement: Benchmark restaurant and manufacturing performance against top-tier performers to identify margin and productivity opportunities; develop performance analyses and tools to support regional leadership and Operations partners in executing improvements and tracking financial impact.
- Support new restaurant openings through financial modeling and business case development; contribute to long-range planning and multi-year outlooks for restaurants.
- Build capability in restaurant leaders and RSC teams on managing restaurant P&L and all controllable line items.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations summarizing strategy, performance trends, risks, and recommendations; partner with Payroll and Total Reward to ensure accurate execution of wage and incentive plans and support strong financial controls and data integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
- Prior experience supporting multi-unit restaurant operations, food manufacturing, CPG, or supply chain–intensive environments strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience owning large P&Ls and driving margin improvement initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) preferred.
- Highly proficient in data analytics
- Working knowledge of ERP, payroll, and operational systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, UKG, Crunchtime) a plus.
