What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Graphic Designer position at Dimond Connect?
Our client in the Food and Beverage industry is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer!
Position Overview
We’re seeking a highly skilled, taste-driven Senior Graphic Designer to bring our company's visual world to life across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints. This role is ideal for the designer who loves to follow brand design IG/TT creators and has bookmarked cool creative resources from all over the internet. Core Responsibilities
- General Brand Creative Execution: Carry out company's brand identity and visual language across all channels, ensuring flawless execution, consistency, and taste.
- Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with the Performance Creative team to design high-performing paid social ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms—static, animated, stylized product shots, and performance-driven formats.
- Email & CRM Design: Collaborate with the Retention team to execute designs for Klaviyo campaigns and flows including layout, typography, product imagery, and visual storytelling.
- Website & Landing Page Design: Design site assets, new landing pages, merchandising modules, and conversion-oriented UI updates in Figma with dev-ready files for handoff.
- Product Packaging Design: Create and update packaging for pouches, bundle boxes, sample kits, inserts, and retail-ready materials. Work with suppliers and printers to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- 3D Rendering (Bonus): Produce high-fidelity product renders, ingredient renders, and environmental scenes for ads, PDPs, and brand campaigns (Blender, Cinema4D, or equivalent).
- Motion Graphics (Bonus): Concept and execute light motion graphics for ads, explainers, UI animations, and product spotlights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Growth, Creative, Ops, and Site Dev to ensure assets support performance goals and brand coherence.
- Asset Management: Maintain organized Figma files, asset libraries, design systems, and brand guidelines to ensure scalability and ease of use internally.
