Our client in the Food and Beverage industry is hiring a Influencer Marketing Manager!
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute a highly performance-driven influencer strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Kickstart and scale a world-class influencer seeding program.
- Negotiate and manage influencer & affiliate partnerships—from micro creators to high-level celebrities—prioritizing revenue, ROAS, and long-term ROI.
- Lead contract negotiation, budget management, and creator performance optimization at both campaign and partner levels.
- Launch, scale, and refine an affiliate program focused on micro/mid-tier creators and performance-based payouts.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and deliver reporting with clear insights and next steps.
- Stay sharp on platform trends, creator shifts, and emerging opportunities across TikTok, IG, and YouTube.
- Coordinate with internal and external creative partners to produce high-quality UGC and scalable influencer content.
What You’ll Bring
- 4 years of experience in influencer and/or affiliate marketing, ideally in CPG or wellness.
- Strong grasp of TikTok creator culture, content formats, and what actually converts.
- Proven track record managing a high volume of creators—plus comfort negotiating with larger influencers and celebrity talent when needed.
- Fluent in performance metrics, budget constraints, and optimizing toward clear revenue targets.
- Experience working cross-functionally with growth, creative, and content teams.
- Self-starter energy, strong communication skills, and a test-and-iterate mindset.
- Bonus: Familiarity with affiliate or influencer tools like Impact, Grin, etc.
