Account Executive – Agency Integration & Support (Mergers & Acquisition Team)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced member to help onboard, service, and support new partner employees and clients in their integration into Dimond Bros!
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department leadership to onboard new partner agencies.
- Introduce Dimond Bros. processes and programs to new partners.
- Support clients during integration, including:
- Marketing new business
- Processing renewals
- Developing proposals
- Client interaction
- Build relationships with new employees and assist with transitional training.
- Manage multiple partnerships simultaneously (typically 3–6 months each).
- Adapt daily tasks based on partnership needs.
- Provide support to internal teams during non-integration periods.
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy for onboarding employees.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management systems; experience with multiple database platforms preferred.
- Ability to learn and apply Dimond Bros. SOPs and best practices.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including potential overnight stays.
