We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to support our Commercial Lines Sales Executives and carrier partners. This role involves placing new business, servicing existing clients, and building strong, lasting relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket new and renewal business to carriers—independently and alongside Sales Executives and Marketers.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.Collaborate with Sales Executives on strategies for new and renewal accounts.Prepare proposals and renewal summaries.Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.Handle confidential information with care.Deliver high-quality service, including processing endorsements, issuing proof of insurance, and answering coverage questions.Follow established SOPs and best practices.Provide excellent customer service across the organization.QualificationsActive Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and agency/carrier systems.Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Team player with a collaborative mindset.Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm CST, On-Site, No weekends, No Holidays.Company DescriptionWith over 150 years in business, our long-standing history and commitment to service are part of what sets us apart.
