Description: We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive to support our Commercial Lines Sales Executives and carrier partners partners in placing new business and servicing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all parties involved.
Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Market new and existing business to carriers, independently and with Sales Executives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
- Collaborate on new business and renewal strategies; participate in client and carrier meetings
- Prepare professional proposals and renewal summaries
- Issue complex Certificates of Insurance and review contracts
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate records in the agency management system
- Service assigned book of business, including coverage reviews and client inquiries
- Follow SOPs and best practices while delivering exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Producer License; Insurance designations preferred
- 3 years as a Commercial Lines Account Executive
- Strong insurance knowledge; confident discussing coverage with clients and underwriters
- Proficient in agency systems, Microsoft Office, and carrier tools
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
