Account Executive - Benefits

Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to manage a book of small to mid-sized group and individual benefits clients. In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary contact for client benefit programs, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Conduct needs assessments to align benefits with client goals and workforce demographics.
• Lead open enrollment processes, including plan updates and employee education.
• Collaborate with internal teams, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate policy documentation.
  
  

Strong technical knowledge of employee benefits and a commitment to exceptional client service are essential.

Education And Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits, human resources, or related business.
• Strong and/or developing understanding of employee benefits (medical and ancillary)
• Illinois Life and Health Insurance License
• College degree preferred
