Job Description
- Greet guests to determine the nature of their visit and assist accordingly.
- Receive incoming calls using the multi-line phone system and direct them to the appropriate team member as needed.
- Assist customers while picking up or dropping off vehicles and process repair order (RO) as needed.
- Assist customers when vehicles need to be towed and process RO.
- Issue purchase order (PO) to vendors.
- Post invoices into accounting.
- Reconcile sublet schedule weekly.
- Assist with RO reconciliation daily.
- Complete necessary forms needed to collect monies from insurance companies.
- Daily deposits for Collision Center and logging in receipts in CCC.
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll reports and submission of tech hours.
- Prepare CSI reports monthly as requested by individual manufacturers.
- Assist Collision Estimators with status and progress calls, emails, and text messages to ensure guests are well informed on the status of their vehicle.
