Position Title: Air Export Clerk
Location: South San Francisco, CA
Qualifications:
- Multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and team player essential.
- Prior freight forwarding and/or logistics experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
- To operate all jobs under the proper & timely usage of Dimerco Value Plus System, including data & sales/costs entry
- Maintain services toward customer's satisfactions & excellency through good communication & coordination with customer/carriers & affiliated business suppliers/partners
- Handle & co-ordinate Air Export shipment internally & externally with customers, Dimerco offices/agent to ensure the shipment executed smoothly in daily basis
- Generate internal Debit Notes for Dimerco offices/agents
- Sending of pre-alert to overseas agents
- Monitor & handle AE Custom declarations
- Follow-up & update shipment information related to AE & Brokerage
- Other assignments by management
