What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Leadership Superpowers)
Be a Nursing Leader:
- Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily operations and care planning.
- Provide professional and clinical supervision for LPNs and CNAs.
- Support nursing staff through training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Serve as acting Director of Nursing in their absence.
Champion Quality & Compliance:
- Lead quality assurance and improvement efforts across the care team.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
- Participate in audits, surveys, and ongoing readiness initiatives.
- Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and resident-focused care.
Inspire & Engage Your Team:
- Build and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet resident needs.
- Provide open, honest communication and feedback that helps team members grow.
- Encourage professional development, training, and continuous learning.
What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Nursing Expertise)
Experience & Credentials:
- Current RN license in good standing (required)
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Nursing; Master’s degree a plus
- 2 years in long-term care and supervisory experience strongly preferred
Skills & Strengths:
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and mentoring abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (Point Click Care experience preferred)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with resident care as needed
- Comfortable with a flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, on-call)
- Able to walk, stand, bend, and lift frequently throughout your shift

Salary: $85,000 - $108,000/Annually depending on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, AM hours*
- On call rotation after hours
