Experienced Preschool Educator
Location: Lincoln, Nebraska
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:15 AM- 4:15 PM

Dimensions Education Programs is seeking a warm, flexible, and committed educator to join our preschool classroom serving children ages 3-5 years old.
At Dimensions, we create nurturing, curiosity-rich environments where preschoolers can grow, explore, and form meaningful relationships. Our educators support children as they develop independence, confidence, and early academic skills through play, hands-on discovery, and year-round nature-based learning.

What You'll Do
- Build respectful, responsive relationships with children and families
- Support preschoolers’ independence, problem-solving, and social development throughout the day
- Guide children through daily routines such as meals, rest time, and transitions with consistency and care
- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences both indoors and outdoors
- Collaborate closely with a supportive team of educators
- Participate in ongoing professional development and reflective practice
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old (per Nebraska Child Care Licensing regulations)
- Must meet minimum licensing training requirements, or be willing to complete them upon hire
- Must be able to pass required background checks and meet all health/safety regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Prior experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Interest in or experience with nature-based, child-led learning approaches
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, flexible mindset
