Role Description
This is a part-time to full-time job, on-site role located in Williamsburg, VA, designed for a Licensed Clinician & Director of Wellness. The role involves providing direct clinical services, such as individual and group counseling, along with overseeing the wellness program initiatives. Daily responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing personalized treatment plans, leading wellness workshops, and collaborating with other professionals to foster a comprehensive wellness program. Administrative oversight, including tracking outcomes and maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards, is also a core responsibility of the role.
Qualifications
- Clinical skills in counseling, psychotherapy, and group facilitation
- Experience in developing wellness programs and providing mental health education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients and team members
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as record-keeping, program evaluation, and compliance adherence
- Licensure as a clinician (LCSW, LPC, or related credential) in the state of Virginia
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a trauma-informed approach
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Passion for promoting mental health and overall well-being within the community
