About the Role:
We are seeking a Sr. EMI Engineering Manager to lead EMI testing operations at a high-power test facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. This is a senior-level, hands-on leadership role that combines deep technical expertise, project management, and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead EMI/EMC testing for complex naval and defense power systems
- Manage lab operations, resources, and project execution
- Develop test plans, procedures, and qualification reports aligned with MIL-STD standards
- Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams
- Support business development and expansion of EMI testing capabilities
- Ensure compliance with ISO17025 and industry standards
Qualifications:
- 8 years of EMI/EMC testing experience (MIL-STD-461, 464, 1399)
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and projects
- Strong expertise in high-power systems and energy storage equipment
- Hands-on experience with EMI testing, automation tools, and reporting
