Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products within a fast-paced factory environment. This position requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate various tools and equipment, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely.
Duties Overview:
Our company offers floating production positions which are great for people with little to no manufacturing experience or people with manufacturing experience that want to have variety in their work day. This position gives you the chance to float between different departments (printing/heat sealing/ringing/packaging) using various machinery throughout your shift.
Production hours are Monday - Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as well as potentially stand or sit for an entire 8 hour shift
- Ability to read, follow, and understand basic work instructions that can be either written or verbal
- Basic writing skills and general math skills
- Great attendance record
- Sharp attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a team setting or on a project alone

Work Location: In person
- Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to fabricate products according to specifications.
- Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as required.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility or warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating forklifts and other machinery.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues that may arise during production.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in operating power tools and hand tools.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes in a factory or manufacturing facility setting.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently (certification preferred).
- Experience in fabricating parts or assembling products is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
