Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Oversee schedule management for staff calendars, meetings, appointments,
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development initiatives to foster a productive team environment
- Handle vendor management tasks such as negotiating contracts, processing payments.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks/Excel including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
- Manage payroll processing, human resources functions, and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and policies
- Assist with budgeting activities, financial reporting, filing systems, and record keeping to uphold organizational standards of accuracy and confidentiality
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, and Ideally a construction experience
- Demonstrated bookkeeping skills with proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of human resources processes including payroll administration and employee onboarding
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Ability to handle vendor negotiations, budgeting processes, filing systems, and front desk responsibilities efficiently
