The Role
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you support daily restaurant operations, assist in leading the service team, and ensure guests receive warm, attentive, and consistent service. You help maintain a clean and organized dining room, guide team members, and resolve guest issues with professionalism.
What You Will Be Doing
• Supervise restaurant staff during daily service
• Support training, coaching, and performance of servers, hosts, and bussers
• Ensure excellent guest service and handle service recovery when needed
• Oversee table sections, flow of service, and overall dining room operations
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams
• Support inventory tracking, side work, and setup tasks
• Help ensure compliance with hotel and brand standards
