LOBBY ATTENDANT

The Role
As a Lobby Attendant, you maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel lobby and public areas. You help ensure guests feel comfortable, safe, and welcomed by keeping high traffic areas spotless and well stocked.

What You Will Be Doing
• Clean and maintain the lobby, hallways, restrooms, and public spaces
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and remove trash as needed
• Restock supplies in public restrooms and service areas
• Assist guests with questions or requests when needed
• Monitor cleanliness throughout your shift and address issues promptly
• Report maintenance concerns or unsafe conditions
• Support the housekeeping team with additional tasks when required
