The Role
As a Banquet House Person, you support the banquet team by setting up event rooms, arranging furniture, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with breakdown after events. You help ensure all meeting and event spaces are guest ready and meet hotel standards.
What You Will Be Doing
• Set up banquet rooms according to event orders and layout requirements
• Move, arrange, and store tables, chairs, and event equipment
• Assist with placing linens, decorations, and setup materials
• Maintain cleanliness of event spaces, hallways, and storage areas
• Help with event breakdown and resetting rooms for the next function
• Report maintenance issues or missing equipment
• Support banquet staff with additional tasks as assigned
• Follow all safety procedures when lifting, moving, and setting equipment
