We’re looking for a Technical Operations Lead to help shape both project delivery and how our practice operates.
This is a dual-role position—combining hands-on technical work with the opportunity to influence standards, workflows, and team performance across the firm.

What You’ll Do
- Contribute to construction documentation and technical delivery.
- Lead QA/QC and improve documentation standards.
- Guide specifications and technical coordination.
- Support staffing alignment and team performance.
- Serve as a technical resource for codes and constructability.
- Mentor staff and strengthen team capability.
- Improve workflows and reduce inefficiencies across projects.
What We’re Looking For
- 12 years of experience in architecture.
- Strong technical expertise in project delivery and documentation.
- Experience with QA/QC, coordination, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Licensure preferred, but not required.
Salary : $105,000 - $130,000
