Pay: $28.85 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Schedule, track, and manage orders through final delivery, making timely adjustments as required.
- Monitor and replenish office supply inventory as needed.
- Act as the local point of contact for local manufacturing partners in Syracuse.
- Perform weekly fleet/vehicle inspections.
- Participate in bi-monthly facility check-ins with headquarters.
- Assist with local inventory and merchandise distribution needs.
- Proactively flagging and following through on delivery delays, inventory discrepancies, and pending credits, while keeping the sales team updated until everything is resolved
- Maintain and update daily inventory logs; issue daily inventory reports to inform team priorities for upcoming POs.
- Generate and distribute accounting reports to ensure alignment with HQ financial records.
- Process order credits and submit credit documentation for prompt approval.
- Provide ongoing operational support to the sales team to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and systems, with external partner, Nabis.
Who You Are:
- Previous cannabis industry experience is a big plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Nabis, CRM or sales tools.
- Self-starter who thrives independently and in a team.
- Excellent communicator with a can-do attitude.
