As we continue expanding across New York, we’re looking for a driven and charismatic Account Executive to take our brand to the next level in Albany and surrounding territories. This role is all about hustle, strategy, and relationship-building—you’ll be responsible for growing our footprint, managing key accounts, and introducing dispensaries to the best-in-class products DIME has to offer.

What You’ll Do:
- Drive sales by prospecting new accounts and strengthening existing relationships
- Conduct warm and cold outreach to dispensaries across the state
- Act as a trusted partner to retailers, ensuring our products are always stocked and featured
- Educate budtenders and store teams on DIME’s premium product lineup
- Represent DIME Industries as a Brand Ambassador at dispensary events
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to position our products effectively
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed targets
- Manage reorders, ensuring seamless product availability
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in cannabis or a related industry
- A natural ability to connect with people and build strong client relationships
- Solid negotiation skills and a hunter mentality for closing deals
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and sales pipelines
- Comfortable using CRM software to track customer interactions
- Willingness to travel extensively to dispensaries across your territory
