Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Die Cut Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in problem solving and meeting production rates while producing a quality product. This job entails setting up and operating the manual presses at DiMax Corporation. Responsible for reading specifications in work orders. Loads material into die cutting machinery, adjusts and operates the machinery. Monitors and ensures a quality part is being made. Pulls jobs according to the production schedule and is responsible for completing jobs on time and communicating any problems to the supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Read job travelers.
- Read part prints.
- Setup Die Cutting Machine. (i.e. install tooling into machinery)
- Fabricate components as needed for various orders, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
- Documents production quantities, production times, and quality problems.
- Removes tooling from machinery.
- Packages parts for shipping.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process, maintaining workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
- Help in other areas when needed
Requirements
- Familiarity with Die cut presses is highly desirable.
- Follows all safety rules.
- Experience in manufacturing a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to lift and move materials as necessary for production tasks.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in manufacturing, particularly in operating die-cut machines
- Good Math Skills
- High School diploma or GED
Days/Hours are Monday - Thursday 5 am - 3:30 pm

Pay: $20.00 - $24.36 per hour
