PART TIME
MONDAY & TUESDAY NIGHT SHIFT
SATURDAY & SUNDAY DAY SHIFT
Qualifications: Must be able to lift 50 lbs, Basic knowledge of maintenance and light carpentry, masonry, electricity, painting and janitorial. Able to shovel snow & use floor scrubber and truck plow- have a clean driving record.
Shift: Monday & Tuesday nights 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
(winter time - shovel snow and salt walks and loading docks as needed)
- Check restrooms every hour.
- Walk through mall and sidewalk areas check and clean any rubbish on walks or in the mall.
- Clean all glass doors
- Clean upper windows
- Clean vacant windows
- Vacuum all carpets
- Pick up garbage from tenants
- Check parking lot lights
- Change all full rubbish receptacles in & outside mall
- Clean restrooms- mop, clean toilets, sink and stock items
- Scrub floors interior mall after 8:00 p.m.
- Remove all shopping carts from lot.
- Turn off all interior mall lights, some HVAC Units and lock all doors at 10:30 p.m.
- Secure alarm system.
Shift: Saturday & Sunday day shift 5:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
(Winter start at 4:00 a.m. as needed on heavier snow days; shovel and salt all walks and loading docks)
- 5:30 a.m. mall must be open for business, turn off alarm system, unlock all doors, turn on interior mall lights and some HVAC units.
- Pick up rubbish in parking lot, clean & blow curbs
- Clean all walks for rubbish – blow walks as needed
- Check all exterior property – clean and repair if needed
- Tag any cars for overnight parking
- Clean all parking lot isles, check for pot holes
- Feed fish and maintain pond
- Change light bulbs
- Assist tenants when needed
- Check and clean vacant spaces
- Maintenance- “to do list” as instructed by Supervisor (paint, masonry, etc.)
Salary : $14 - $26
