Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Independently manage a robust caseload of family law and/or civil litigation matters from intake through resolution.
- Client Communication: Serve as a trusted advisor, communicating directly and effectively with clients to provide strategic legal counsel.
- Litigation & Drafting: Draft compelling motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda.
- Discovery: Conduct and manage all phases of the discovery process.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate settlements and strategic resolutions with opposing counsel.
- Courtroom Advocacy: Confidently represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active license to practice law in Arizona and in good standing.
- Experience: At least two (2) years of hands-on experience in family law and/or civil litigation.
- Legal Skills: Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Work Ethic: Ability to independently manage a caseload, meet strict deadlines, and exercise excellent judgment.
- Professionalism: Exceptional client-communication skills and a high degree of professional integrity.
