Job Summary
We’re on the lookout for a lively and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you’ll be the face of the bar, mixing drinks, serving guests, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps everyone coming back for more. Whether you’re pouring cocktails at a bustling nightclub or providing attentive service in a fine dining setting, your energy and skills will help craft memorable experiences. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about hospitality, skilled in beverage service, and eager to engage with diverse guests. We are open till 2am every night and server food till late as well!
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation meet standards.
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage multiple drink orders while maintaining excellent customer service and engaging with guests in a friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, including cashiering and cash handling duties.
- Assist with food service when needed, especially in settings like banquets or catering events.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a bartender in settings like nightclubs, fine dining restaurants, or banquet halls is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with an approachable attitude towards diverse guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and accurate billing.
