Duties

- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste through effective inventory management practices.
- Assist in menu planning by collaborating with chefs to develop appealing dishes that meet quality standards and dietary requirements.
- Supervise food handling procedures to uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Coordinate shift schedules for kitchen staff, ensuring proper coverage during busy periods while fostering a positive team environment.
- Support food production processes including cooking, plating, and quality checks to maintain consistency and excellence.
- Provide leadership in training new team members on food safety protocols, service standards, and kitchen operations.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with food handling, cooking techniques, kitchen management, and culinary arts.
