*Job Description*
Custom Cabinetry shop is looking for a person to assist the shop office with organizing paperwork, archiving documents, preparing cut lists, ordering materials necessary to build cabinetry, performing quality control on cabinetry and using cabinet vision software.
The shop office assistant will closely work alongside the shop foreman, shop supervisor, and carpentry team with the ordering/production phase of a client’s project. They will also regularly meet with the design team to obtain new jobs and review details. The ideal candidate is excited to learn and excels in organization and communication as well as: basic math, understanding of measurements, typing, excel, comfortable with shop noise and is not afraid of a little sawdust. The shop office assistant will mainly be working at a desk in a loft above the shop but will need to be comfortable working on the shop floor frequently to organize orders, check on supplies and do quality control checks on our cabinetry.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
