We are currently looking to fill a full time (in-person) role of IT/ERP Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic management, administration, maintenance, security, and continuous improvement in information technology infrastructure and in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You will serve as the primary technical resource for all hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, and ERP functions. This role will support efficient manufacturing, warehousing, quality assurance, food safety, purchasing, inventory management, shipping, finance, and customer service operations in ongoing improvements of system performance and data integrity. You will also be the driver of supporting business growth through technology in our rapidly growing business!
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary administrator of the ERP system, maintain ownership of ERP functionality, performance, reliability and security. Manage ERP upgrades and software releases
- Ensure testing of all functionality before deployment
- Oversight of ERP support team including training and supervision
- Ensure data integrity via routine audits and validation
- Oversee all company IT infrastructure including servers, laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, cameras, and other peripheral equipment
- Oversight of all company networks including management of vendors
- Oversight of active directory, user accounts and permission profiles
- Coordinate IT purchases and technology budgeting
- Maintain inventory of all IT assets
- Oversight of day-to-day support to users for ERP and IT hardware related matters
- Maintain cybersecurity best practices
- Routine monitoring of network security and endpoint protection
- Work collaboratively with Operations, Maintenance, Warehouse, QA, and Administration to improve efficiencies and lead technology improvement projects
- Serve as primary contact for IT/ERP vendors
- Work with department heads on implementations of IT related software/hardware for their departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field required. Masters preferred
- Must be able to work cross-functionally with all departments to optimize business processes
- 5 years of IT management experience
- Minimum of three years administration/oversight of ERP system. Experience with Aptean preferred but not required
- Proven project management experience specifically with IT/ERP projects
- Strong technical problem solving and communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills-must be able to motivate, mentor and lead a team of IT professionals
- Excellent ability to work collaboratively with other department heads
- Excellent time management and organization skills are required
Salary range: $150,000 to $180,000 annually
