Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other confections according to established recipes and standards
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, dough sheeters, and pastry tools safely and efficiently
- Decorate cakes and pastries with precision using various cake decorating techniques to enhance visual appeal
- Ensure all baked items are packaged attractively for sale or catering purposes while maintaining food safety standards
- Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation across all products
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as dough preparation, portioning, and ingredient measurement using basic math skills
- Support high-volume production demands by working efficiently during busy periods while adhering to quality standards

Qualifications
