Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no evenings or weekends)

Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Front Desk Dental Receptionist to join our team. This role is responsible for keeping the front office organized, helping patients, and supporting day-to-day operations.
We are currently transitioning to Open Dental; experience is helpful, but we are most interested in someone who is flexible and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check patients in and out, ensuring paperwork is complete
- Schedule patient appointments
- Answer phones, return messages, and assist patients in a friendly manner
- Verify patient and insurance information
- Process patient payments and financial transactions
- Send appointment reminders and help keep the schedule on track
- Maintain accurate records and patient information
- Work closely with the clinical team to support daily operations
- Communicate professionally with patients, doctors, and coworkers
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a dental receptionist or lead front desk role (required)
- Working knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (required)
- Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy office
- High School Diploma or GED
- Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to help where needed
