Role Description
This is a part-time Head Soccer Coach role in Dillsburg, PA. The Head Soccer Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing coaching strategies, managing team practices, conducting training sessions, and leading the team during games and competitions. The coach will also be expected to mentor and guide athletes, maintain communication with parents and stakeholders, and ensure player safety and development.
Qualifications
- US Soccer Coaching Certificates preferred
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Coaching
- Excellent leadership and motivational abilities
- Ability to work effectively with young athletes and parents
- Previous experience as a head coach or senior coaching role is beneficial
- Playing experience at the college level is beneficial.
