Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a positive attitude, making them feel valued and comfortable
- Manage waitlists efficiently.
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest satisfaction
- Answer phone inquiries professionally, providing accurate information about wait times and any other guest questions.
- Assist guests with seating preferences and special requests, ensuring personalized service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to promote a welcoming environment
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless guest flow and service excellence
Skills
- Previous experience as a Host or in a similar customer service role within food service or restaurant settings is not necessary, but appreciated.
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise.

Pay: $22.52 - $27.12 per hour
