Experienced Automotive Technician — A-Level

Full-time | Monday through Friday | No weekends
Schedule: 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Pay
Starting at $38 per hour or more, depending on experience, diagnostic ability, and production.
Experienced, productive technicians may have the opportunity to earn $100,000–$115,000 annually.
About the Position
Dillon’s Automotive is looking for an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician who can confidently diagnose and repair vehicles with minimal supervision.
This position is best suited for a technician who values accurate diagnostics, quality workmanship, steady workflow, and a professional work environment.
Our service advisors manage customer communication and help keep work moving so technicians can remain focused and productive.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
- Perform inspections and document recommendations
- Communicate findings clearly to the service advisors
- Follow established shop procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work cooperatively with the rest of the team
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an A-Level or Master Automotive Technician
- Strong diagnostic and electrical skills
- Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles independently
- Missouri State Inspection License
- Own professional tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to follow established systems and processes
