Automotive Diagnostic Technician (Experienced)
Troy, Missouri | Full-Time | Monday-Friday

We're adding an experienced technician who can confidently diagnose modern vehicles, solve complex problems, and produce high-quality repairs in a professional environment.
Compensation
- Starting wage of $38 per hour, depending on experience and diagnostic ability
- High-producing technicians commonly earn $100,000-$115,000 annually

What You'll Be Doing
Every day you'll be trusted to:
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues
- Perform repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Complete digital vehicle inspections and document findings
- Share diagnostic information with service advisors
- Follow shop procedures that keep repairs accurate and consistent
- Help maintain a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who already has solid professional experience.
You should have:
- Extensive automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently
- Missouri State Inspection License
- Your own professional tools
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable work habits and a positive attitude
This position is intended for an experienced technician. If you're still learning the trade, this probably won't be the right fit.
