Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing & Paid Media Specialist located in Scottsdale, AZ. The standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
In this role, you will manage, optimize, and scale our paid campaigns across multiple digital channels to drive brand awareness, traffic, and sales. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and Brand Support team to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and email teams to create engaging ad assets.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Stay up-to-date with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently while scaling high-performing campaigns.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience managing paid digital campaigns for e-commerce brands.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with creative teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or relevant work experience.
- Passion for outdoor lifestyle, active sports, or eyewear is a plus.
