Overview
Dilling Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a motivated HVAC Field Supervisor with strong leadership skills and a positive attitude to join our growing team. This role reports directly to the HVAC Install/Service Manager and is responsible for supervising installation crews, ensuring quality standards, conducting job walkthroughs, and supporting team development.

What you will DO:
- Monitor trends in callbacks and service opportunities
- Conduct quality and safety inspections in the field
- Perform customer service visits to ensure satisfaction
- Coach and train technicians on technical skills, customer service, and company standards
- Recruit, train, and retain top HVAC talent
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation/start-up issues
- Provide feedback, support, and professional development to team members
- Collaborate with service, dispatch, and warehouse teams for smooth operations
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and report to the HVAC Service Manager
- Plan and coordinate installation schedules
- Promote Dilling’s core values and positive team culture
- Supervise all HVAC Installation Technicians and Helpers
What You Will Need:
- 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience (diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair)
- 1 year in a supervisory or lead technician role
- Strong ability to train and mentor others
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
